1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Vitasilk on vitasilk.com. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

Vitasilk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.

2. Products

Our products are professional hair care treatments (straightening, conditioning, kits, and equipment) intended for both professional and personal use. Essential product details are listed on each product page.

Images are as accurate as possible. Minor colour variations may occur due to photography or screen calibration.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable taxes. Vitasilk reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. You will be charged the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

4. Orders

Placing an order on vitasilk.com follows these steps:

  3. 3. Enter your shipping details
  4. 4. Confirm and complete payment

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email after successful payment. Vitasilk reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent order or an order affected by stock unavailability.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Vitasilk does not store your payment card details.

6. Shipping

Vitasilk ships internationally via trusted carrier partners. Orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day after payment confirmation.

  • Europe: 3 – 5 business days
  • Rest of World: 7 – 14 business days

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary during peak periods or due to customs clearance. Vitasilk is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold (displayed on the site) qualify for free delivery.

8. Receipt & Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the parcel and products immediately. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, please:

  • Refuse the parcel or note your reservations with the carrier

  • Send us photos of the damaged parcel and/or product

9. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or sent in error.

Any return must be reported within 14 days of receipt (in line with EU consumer rights) by contacting us via:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

10. Refunds

Accepted returns will be refunded within 5 – 7 business days to the original payment method.

11. Product Availability

Offers and prices are valid while visible on the site. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer either an equivalent replacement or a full refund.

13. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, applicable law and jurisdiction will depend on your country of residence. EU consumers retain the rights granted by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
